Levitt Studio is a lighting and daylighting design firm focusing on seasonal, integrated architectural light. Through a combination of electric lighting and high-performance facades, we design bespoke environments that foster connections to nature’s cycles. The magic behind our process is a physics-based simulation engine that helps us accurately visualize illuminated spaces both during the day and after dark. This takes the guesswork out of design, allowing architects, engineers, developers, and owners to see accurate representations before the spaces are built. We leverage these simulations to create environmental light that changes through the day and results in better comfort, minimized costs, and reduced carbon emissions. Design meets science.
